A warm design in a modern style for a 150 sqm residential apartment, combining comfort, elegance, and practicality through a thoughtfully planned layout that responds to the family’s daily needs.
There were several challenges in this project, most notably the absence of a guest bathroom, along with the need to create privacy for the residents without losing the sense of openness and spaciousness in the shared areas. The project also required creating clear harmony between the living, guest, dining, and kitchen areas while maintaining one unified style throughout the apartment.
These challenges were addressed by making thoughtful use of the available space and creating a suitable location for a guest bathroom despite the limited area. The internal layout was also developed to provide elegant privacy for the residents while keeping the shared spaces open and visually comfortable. Warm materials, calm tones, and modern lines were used to strengthen the connection between all areas and give the apartment a refined and balanced character.

The design focused on creating a balance between visual openness and privacy through a carefully planned layout that includes the living area, guest, dining and entrance zone, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, giving each part of the home a clear function and a cohesive character.

Materials, Colors & Details
The design relies on a calm and warm palette of beige, off-white, and soft earthy tones, with a clear presence of natural wood, marble, and modern linear lighting. This combination helped create a comfortable and elegant atmosphere that connects the different spaces of the apartment and gives it a balanced identity that blends quiet luxury with everyday practicality.
