A 150 sqm residential apartment in Ramallah, designed in a warm contemporary luxury style that combines refined materials, soft tones, and elegant detailing. The project balances functionality and sophistication through a well-studied layout featuring comfortable living spaces, a modern kitchen, and distinctive private rooms.
The challenge was to organize multiple social functions within a 150 sqm apartment, visually connecting the guest lounge, dining, living, and kitchen areas while preserving a clear identity and sense of privacy for each zone. The design also required balancing contemporary elements with subtle classical detailing and varied materials within one cohesive interior language.
The spaces were defined through carefully considered visual zoning rather than complete separation. Sculptural elements, architectural partitions, material transitions, and refined wall treatments give each area its own identity while maintaining openness. A unified palette of warm neutrals, natural wood, stone details, and integrated linear lighting connects the spaces and highlights key design features, creating a cohesive and spacious home without compromising the function of each zone.
