A warm modern office design in Ramallah with an area of 130 sqm, combining professional elegance and visual comfort, with dedicated areas for receiving external delegations and a lounge space that reflects the identity of the place and supports its representative function.
The main challenge was to design an office that delivers a strong professional character while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere instead of a rigid corporate feel. The project also required organizing the reception, waiting area, workstations, meeting room, external delegation reception area, and lounge zone within a carefully planned layout that preserves both visual openness and functional privacy.
This was addressed through a clear organization of movement and functions, with dedicated zones serving both the daily operational and representative roles of the office. The glass meeting room provides privacy without creating full visual separation, while the external delegation reception area and lounge zone introduce a more welcoming and flexible character. Natural wood finishes, neutral colors, linear lighting, and soft greenery also helped shape a balanced workspace that combines elegance, practicality, and visual calm.
