In this project, the goal was to develop an interior design for a 150 square meter apartment in Kafr Aqab, with a warm modern style. The aim was to create a balanced space that combines comfort, elegance, and functionality, while making thoughtful use of the available area in a way that reflects the daily lifestyle of the homeowners.
Project Concept
The project was based on a modern design with a warm character, using materials and tones that create a sense of calm and comfort while maintaining clean lines and a clear spatial layout. The focus was on making the spaces visually comfortable and easy to use at the same time.
Main Challenges
One of the main challenges in this project was the absence of a guest bathroom, along with the need to create privacy for the residents without losing the feeling of openness and spaciousness throughout the home.
Design Solutions
These challenges were addressed by making smart use of the available space and creating a suitable location for a guest bathroom despite the limited area. Design solutions were also developed to separate guest areas from the family’s private areas in a refined way without making the space feel visually heavy.
